The Lorena Robotics team finished 4th in the state in the BEST overall category for small schools. The group is made up of 1A - 4A schools. 

 

Teams receive points in five different categories to make up their final score. The Leopards also received silver medals for finishing second in the state for Top Robot.

 

The Robotics team competed at the UIL State Championships in early December in Frisco. It was the third consecutive year the program advanced to the State Championships.
