The Lorena Robotics team finished second at the 2023 UIL Robotics Best Division State Championships in Dallas. The event featured schools in classifications 1A - 4A.

Lorena finished the three day event with a total score of 91.41 points. That was just .92 points behind state champion Martin's Mill. Trenton finished third. Lindale and Hill Country College Preparatory rounded out the top five.

This was the fourth consecutive year the Robotics team advanced to the State Championships.
