Four LISD students placed in the Heart O’ Texas Heritage, Arts, and Technical Skills contest. The HEARTS competition encourages participation in artistic, cultural and technical endeavors.

Abigail Harper finished second in the PreK - 2nd Grade coloring contest.

Natalie Harper won first place in Intermediate Photo-Nature and second place in Intermediate Art-Western.

Ellie Wilson finished in third place in the Intermediate Art-Other category.

Gabriana Diaz claimed the top spot in the Senior Photo Architecture/Portrait competition.

Entries from the HEARTS contest will be displayed at the Base at Extraco Events Center during the Heart O’ Texas Fair and Rodeo.
